Aravalli Range Ruiling: Investigative Article
Conducted an independent geospatial analysis applying the Supreme Court of India’s November 20, 2025 prominence and clustering criteria to satellite-derived elevation data. Developed a transparent, replicable methodology to measure how much of the historically understood Aravalli range would qualify for legal protection under the new definition, finding that over 96% would not meet the threshold. The project integrates GIS, statistical analysis, and data visualization to translate a technical legal standard into concrete spatial outcomes.

Assessing the Environmental and Economic Impacts of Kenya's Feed-in-Tariff Policy
A rigorous quasi-experimental evaluation of Kenya's 2008 renewable energy policy using Difference-in-Differences and synthetic control methods. This study quantifies the policy's dual impact on carbon emissions reduction and economic development, comparing Kenya's outcomes against Ghana and 15 other Sub-Saharan African nations to assess whether green energy incentives can deliver both environmental and growth benefits.

Improving Access to Institutional Credit for India's Agricultural Sector
This is a policy proposal that provides guidelines on addressing systemic barriers to institutional agricultural credit access in India. This research synthesizes stakeholder analysis, institutional constraints, and credit market dynamics to propose actionable reforms for achieving universal access to institutional credit, with mechanisms for monitoring inclusion, reducing delinquency, and directing credit toward agricultural investments.

My work focuses on environmental and economic policy, with interests in agriculture and development in emerging markets. I enjoy working at the intersection of data, policy design, and real-world implementation.
